Comments: Medium tempo ballad time. Not sure that Gene played on this one.
There are relatively few of his trademark moves. It is a good bassline
though. Supportive without being too mundane and with some slight variations
to spice things up. The strange thing is in the chorus where the bass plays
a G# over what appears to be a B-chord played by the acoustic guitar. It
is doubly hard to tell what the chord as a whole actually is since the
overdriven guitar plays a little thing that could easily be both G#(m) and
B. (But, a G#m doesnĄt seem to sound right when played by the acoustic.)
